    Grand Poobah

    Jim acquired the company 35 years ago and has been the driving force behind its growth ever since. As CEO (and unofficial Grand Poobah), he leads strategy and big-picture planning—just don’t ask him to run the machines. In his free time, he’s usually traveling or enjoying a great glass of wine.

    Jessica Hunt
    Chief Chaos Organizer & Throughput Whisperer

    As General Manager, Jessica keeps daily operations running smoothly—even when the machines, spreadsheets, and supply chain all seem to team up against us. Known as our Chief Chaos Organizer & Throughput Whisperer, she somehow keeps it all on track. Off the clock, she’s cheering on her kids at sports—delivering expert (and unsolicited) coaching while secretly planning game-winning strategies.

    Terry Garceau
    Dr. Garceau

    Terry leads the production side of our operation, making sure everything runs smoothly—from raw materials to machines to vendors. Known as Dr. Garceau around here (unofficial, but respected), he spends his lunch breaks listening to blues— and facing off against Mike Erskine in their ongoing Fluxx rivalry.

    Michael St. Peters
    GoTo Operations Generalist

    Michael handles plastic production, making sure orders get filled fast and right. Around here, he’s known as our GoTo Operations Generalist—always around, always ready. Rumor has it he lies awake at night just waiting to get back to work.

    Mike Erskine
    Stealth Ops Ninja

    Mike handles everything from file prep to final output for engraved and printed graphics—bringing precision and speed to every project. We call him the Stealth Ops Ninja because while you’re still thinking about it, he’s already done it. Outside of work, he stays active playing sports.

    Christopher Kirby
    Flow Master General

    Chris is part of our assembly team, so he makes sure decals are prepped, packed, and ready to ship with speed and accuracy. Unofficially, he’s our Flow Master General—keeping production moving one order at a time. In his spare time, he’s still figuring out what he likes to do, but he’s open to ideas.

    Paul Heit
    QC Enforcer

    On the Quality Control team, Paul inspects, counts, and bands decals with laser focus (not literally), helping us deliver the quality our customers rely on. Known around here as our QC Enforcer, he takes accuracy seriously—and his hair game just as seriously. After hours, he’s either at the casino or racing RC cars that hit 60+ mph.

    Aries Chavez

    Aries works on the production side, carefully counting and banding decals to help keep orders moving out the door on time. As the youngest in the shop, she’s proudly earned the unofficial title Youngest in Charge. When she’s off the clock, she’s usually drawing—adding her own creative touch, one sketch at a time.

    Julia Wolburg
    Visual Vibes Manager

    Julia spreads the word about what we do through sales, marketing, and content that feels like us. She’s also our unofficial Visual Vibes Manager. In her spare time, she’s out exploring new restaurants and mentally writing Yelp reviews she’ll never post.
